Like its four-door version, the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe eatures GM's intense 6.2-liter revved-up LSA V8 motor. This CTS-V Coupe s ranked at 556 horse power and 551 lb-ft. of twisting -- and can be fixed with either a six-speed automatic or six-speed stick move. With either transmitting the car rockets from zero-to-60 mph in around four seconds flat, while gas mileage is ranked 14 in the city and 19 mpg on the road for the stick and 12/18 for the auto.

GM carried its Attractive Generate Management (MRC) revocation program over from the ZR1 to the CTS-V. The technological innovation uses excitement managed by electro-magnets, rather than technical valves. This makes MRC the fastest-reacting revocation technological innovation, according to GM.

Electronic receptors at all four wheels "read the road" every nanosecond, making continuous improvements to damping to create a sleek ride when appropriate, and a firm ride when required. The technological innovation stops body roll during hard sides, yet keeps travelers comfortable while visiting.

Another digital program -- Performance Hold Management -- is a traction control technological innovation obtained from tournament rushing. While most traction control programs observe and control rim slide for improved drivability in poor conditions, PTM manages twisting distribution to immediately match the available wheel grip for maximum speeding.

Otherwise, the CTS-V is more or less what you'd expect: A two-door edition of the CTS-V sedan, or a fire-breathing V-Series edition of Cadillac's CTS-V Coupe.  Take your pick on which definition you prefer. Keep in mind, however, even though the CTS-V Coupe has the same wheelbase as the sedan, it rests 2 " wide lower in size, has a broader track size and shorter overall duration. The windows is also set at a faster position, creating a sleek, fitness information.

Unlike the three cut levels of conventional CTS Coupe,  which come with either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, the CTS-V Coupe comes in rear-wheel drive cut only. The 18-inch wheels found on the base CTS Coupe are also gone, changed instead by 19-inch wheels covered in high-performance wheels. Out returning, you will find two large, center-mount fatigue sites, which route the roar of this performance coupe's 500+ horse power massive V8.
